New Affordable Senior Rental Housing in Paradise, California! 
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the community for the warm welcome we have received during the construction and lease-up of our brand new apartment homes.

Our community is fully occupied. We want to ensure that everyone interested in joining our community has the opportunity. We are pleased to announce that we are maintaining a waitlist for future residency and expect new applications to be added to this list.
